The information is used solely to respond to your contact request and to prepare for the possible start of a therapy relationship.

Retention period

Contact form data is deleted within 6 months of the contact if no therapy relationship begins. If a therapy relationship begins, the data is processed in accordance with the legislation on patient records (separate notice).

Information is not disclosed to third parties and is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
