Individual psychotherapy

Regular one-on-one work — in Oulu or remotely.

Individual psychotherapy is regular one-on-one work, usually weekly or every two weeks. A session typically lasts 45 minutes.

Themes that can be addressed in therapy include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, crises, questions of identity and belonging, challenges related to work and coping, as well as intergenerational or cultural trauma.

The work is built around goals agreed together with the client. Goals are reviewed during the process and adjusted as needed.
