Individual psychotherapy

A confidential space for your own process

Individual psychotherapy is a regular, confidential meeting in which we work together on what matters to you. The work is collaborative: you bring your experience, I bring a structured therapeutic frame and methods that support exploration and change.

What people come for

  • Anxiety, depression, exhaustion and burnout
  • Life transitions and difficult decisions
  • Relationship difficulties and loneliness
  • Identity, self-worth and belonging
  • Grief, loss and trauma
  • Questions of culture and rootedness

How we work

We begin with one or two conversations in which we get to know each other and agree on the goals and frame of the work. Sessions are typically 45 minutes, weekly or at an agreed frequency. Sessions are available in person or via secure video.
